British London 10K - Providence Row Charity for Homeless Men and Women

I almost forgot that I'm in the British 10k this Sunday.

Today three of us from day job  did a practice run from the office just before lunch:
- Lupus Street-- Grosvenor Road - Albert Bridge - Battersea Park - Chelsea Bridge and back to St Georges Sq SW1 for the Britisk 10k race which  we  have entered as a team and which is due to take place in London on Sunday.

The weather in lunchtime in London today was sweltering so the run was more like a sauna than a stroll in the park -   but fun nonetheless.

The  team practice course  according to one team member's Ipod App was just under 7K and our time about 40 minutes so room for some improvement then...

We are running for Providence Row the charity for the homeless.
